รายละเอียดงาน
•Sourcing potential suppliers and service providers.
•Market/trend data analysis for each raw material.
•Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, specifications and related documents.
•Purchasing all raw materials, packaging, factory supplies and spare parts.
•Controlling delivery schedules of overseas and local sourcing.
•Controlling and negotiating with suppliers for the most reasonable prices.
•Analyzing and comparing terms of price, quality, production and delivery lead times.
•Defining specifications and issuing contracts for new construction projects inside workshops.
•Monitor PR, issue PO/contract to record and update into system and take claim for all damaged.
•Manage and execute purchasing activities according to policies and procedures while ensuring company’s objectives are supported and met.
•Monitor & update delivery status with suppliers and responsibility as assigned by Plant Manager and GM. And Report directly to Plant Manager.
•Visit and audit Suppliers in the Country according to responsibility and where relevant engaged internal stakeholders to partake in such activities
•Analyzing activities for any improvement or reducing risk ahead of direct purchasing material.
•Develop and implement methods to control and monitor the import-export process to ensure it is efficient, timely, and cost-effective.
•Handle the importation of raw materials ,packaging, factory supplies , spare parts and closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in construction business.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Good communication in English and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner and eager to learn about product knowledge.
- Proficient in computer literacy and knowledge of ISO 9001, IS 14000, OSHA 18000 system.
