New graduate cross-functional development
As an Insurance Associate, you’ll embark on 18-month rotational journey across five core departments: Production, Accounting & Finance, Underwriting, Marketing, and Claims.
This program is designed to give you an insight of the insurance business, equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and cross-functional experience.
You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure, and build a strong foundation for a future leadership role.
Whether your passion lies in Underwriting, Marketing, or Claims, this program will help you discover your strengths and shape your career path.
Program Objectives:
This program is designed for new graduated to give an insight into the insurance business, equipping you with knowledge, skills, and cross-functional experience.
You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure, and build a strong foundation for a future leadership role.

Program Structure:
Potential candidates will be rotated through related departments (5 areas in 18 months) before joining the designed department which are Marketing, Commercial Underwriting and Non Motor Claims
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's in Insurance, Marketing, Mathematics or Statistic
- 0–1 year experience.
- Proven academic track record will be advantage.
- Good English, communication, and analytical skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
- Growth mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
