คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age is not over 35
Primarily Chinese (both mainland Chinese and Taiwanese), Malaysian, etc.
Master's degree or above in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Agrochemistry, or related fields.
Basic English reading and writing skills (able to read foreign literature and technical materials).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the research and development of starch, colloids, food additives, or functional ingredients.
Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in food factories or starch factories.
Understand starch-related analytical techniques (RVA, DSC, viscosity analysis, moisture content, particle size, etc
Understand the basic principles of food processing (mixing, heating, gelatinization, drying, etc.
Possesses experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Able to independently plan experiments and write complete reports
Familiar with basic office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience in developing modified starch (acidification, oxidation, cross-linking, pregelatinization, etc
Experience in application development for baking, ready-to-eat foods, meat products, and prepared foods
Participation in the complete process of product development from "R&D → pilot production → mass production
