รายละเอียดงาน
-Lead and coordinate all major plant functions, including Stamping, Welding, Painting, General Assembly, Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, Administration, and EHS, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
-Oversee plant-wide production operations to achieve production targets, delivery schedules, operational efficiency, and capacity utilization.
-Drive quality excellence by establishing and monitoring plant quality KPIs, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
-Manage plant operational budgets, cost performance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
-Develop a high-performing organization by strengthening leadership capabilities, succession planning, and localization of Thai management talent.
-Improve manpower productivity through workforce planning, organizational optimization, and labor efficiency initiatives.
-Ensure full compliance with local regulations, labor laws, environmental requirements, safety standards, and company policies while promoting a strong EHS culture.
-Serve as the key liaison between the Division General Manager and the local Thai organization, supporting strategic planning, plant execution, and cross-cultural communication.
-Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- At least 6 years of senior leadership experience in plant management or a similar role (e.g., Factory Manager, Operations Director, Plant Director).
- Experience in a multinational automotive OEM or large-scale manufacturing environment is required.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing operations, production management, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and EHS standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing plant-level budgets, cost control, and productivity improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural manufacturing environment.
- Results-oriented with a high level of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinking.
