รายละเอียดงาน
-Lead and oversee General Assembly (GA) production operations to ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and operational objectives are achieved.
-Monitor daily production performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
-Drive quality performance by achieving key quality indicators, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
-Manage manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and operational expenses, while leading cost reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives.
-Oversee workforce planning, equipment availability, production safety, and daily operational management to ensure stable production.
-Lead, coach, and develop the General Assembly management team, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
-Collaborate closely with Logistics, Quality, Process Engineering, Equipment, Maintenance, and other supporting functions to ensure efficient production flow.
-Support localization initiatives by developing Thai managers, supervisors, and engineers to strengthen local leadership capability.
-Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in vehicle assembly or a related manufacturing operation.
- Experience in a multinational automotive manufacturer or joint-venture environment is preferred.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle assembly processes, production management, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a multicultural environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
