The main responsible are support factory in term of quality stand point included balance situation with delivery. Understand the risk of process and product and initiate action to prevent. Work with production team for production status and report to supervisor included urgent quality issue with action plan to support.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with the factory to develop weekly/monthly reports that include action plans for improvement.
2. Review and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Work with the factory to develop action plans that address quality issues and support continuous improvement.
4. Involve new style meeting with development team to understand and share quality concern.
5. Work with development teams to understand the quality requirements for new products and ensure that these requirements are met throughout the development process.
6. Provide input on quality issues and help develop solutions that meet customer expectations and business goals.
7. Analyze quality issues and develop effective solutions that address the root cause of the problem.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure that quality issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
9. Communicate with customers on quality issues and work to resolve any concerns or complaints.
10. Data support and containment activity for any issue.
11. Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation plans to address these risks.
12. Work with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure that quality risks are effectively managed.
13. Internal Audit support and monitoring action plan.
14. Support factory for external audit.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, engineering, business).
- Years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Willingness to travel as needed. (on a case-by-case basis)
- Experience working in garment industry is a plus.
- English in communication skills, both written and verbal.
