I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute mold trial and acceptance work, capable of independently completing the entire mold trial process (mold installation, process debugging, sample inspection, and report writing);
2. Carry out preparatory work before the trial molding: confirm the plastic raw materials according to the trial molding plan, inspect the mold condition, and check whether the water and air systems of the machine are functioning normally;
3. Based on the product structure and mold structure, formulate a trial molding plan and set injection molding process parameters;
4. Analyze product defects during the trial molding process (such as shrinkage, burrs, air marks, weld lines, etc.) and propose solutions;
5. Record mold testing data and prepare and submit a complete mold testing report;
6. Assist in mass production transfer, train production personnel to stabilize processes, and assist in cost optimization during the production process.
II. Qualification Requirements:
1. Secondary vocational school or high school education or above, familiar with office software;
2. Over 2 years of experience in injection molding trial molding or injection molding engineering; proficient in injection molding principles, mold structure, and material properties (such as...
PA66/ABS/PC/PP, etc.);
3. Proficient in operating injection molding machines (such as brands like FANUC, NISSEI, JSW, SUMITOMO, MITSUBISHI, TOSHIBA, etc.) and associated equipment (robotic arms, dryers, etc.);
4. Possess a certain understanding of scientific trial molding methods, stability testing, molding window optimization, and molding cycle decomposition.
