Job description:
1.Process Improvement & Optimization
•Analyze workflows, production processes, and resource utilization.
•Identify bottlenecks and waste (time, material, energy, manpower).
•Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods.
2.Productivity & Efficiency
•Design methods to maximize output with minimal resources.
•Perform time and motion studies, work measurement, and line balancing.
•Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3.Quality & Reliability
•Ensure processes meet quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.).
•Implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and continuous quality improvements.
•Collaborate with QA/QC to reduce defects and rework.
4.Cost Reduction & Resource Management
•Minimize production costs through better resource planning.
•Optimize labor, material, energy, and machine usage.
•Conduct cost–benefit and ROI analysis for process changes.
5.Capacity Planning & Layout Design
•Calculate production capacity and optimize utilization.
•Design/modify plant layouts for smooth material flow and safety.
•Plan equipment, line setup, and ergonomics for workers.
6.Data Analysis & Decision Support
•Use statistical tools and simulation models for process analysis.
•Monitor KPIs like efficiency, downtime, OEE, yield, and throughput.
•Provide reports and recommendations to management.
7.Safety & Ergonomics
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
•Improve workplace ergonomics to reduce worker fatigue and injury.
•Design safe material handling and workstation setups.
8.Project & Change Management
•Lead improvement projects (Lean, Digitalization, Automation).
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain).
•Manage timeline, budget, and implementation of improvements.
9.Technology & Automation
•Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
•Work with robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
•Support digital transformation (MES, ERP, smart factory systems
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineer or related field
- Understanding IE responsibility
- Good Ability Engineering skill and problem solving
- Good ability design and develop manufacturing process
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Able to work with team work mindset
- Project management and leadership
- Work with time line base
- Good communication in English
- Experience in IE at least 3 years
