รายละเอียดงาน
1.Design, optimize, and implement process flows for PCBA products.
2.Conduct research, debugging, acceptance testing, and regular maintenance of production-related equipment.
3.Lead trial production of new products; collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to transition from pilot runs to mass production.
4.Evaluate and validate new materials and production fixtures.
5.Develop and maintain product validation plans and technical documentation related to process engineering.
6.Analyze process issues and implement improvement plans to enhance yield and production efficiency.
7.Collaborate with the quality team to analyze failures and non-conformities, and continuously optimize processes to improve product quality.
8.Work closely with the production department to provide theoretical and hands-on training for new employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai national, able to work full-time at the company's factory in Rayong Province.
- Diploma (Vocational) or above in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer (PE).
- Strong hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
- A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; able to adapt to periods of overtime when necessary.
- Good communication and reading skills in English; Chinese speaking candidates are preferred.
