Lead Generation (All Media Channels)
•Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, YouTube) to attract buyer, seller, and tenant leads
•Manage lead-generation activity on property portals and marketplace platforms (Livinginsider and ddproperty)
•Track where every lead comes from, and report weekly on cost per lead and channel performance
•Test new channels, content formats, and campaign ideas to improve lead volume and quality
Property Listing Management
•Oversee all property listings across the company website and third-party portals — ensuring every listing is complete, correctly priced, well-photographed, and published promptly
•Regularly audit listings: remove sold/rented units, refresh stale listings, and fix errors or inconsistencies
•Maintain the internal listing database/CRM so sales agents always have accurate stock information
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (new graduates welcome)
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and how content performs on each
- Good writing skills in Thai and English
- Comfortable with numbers — able to read basic campaign metrics and build simple reports (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with data entry and listing accuracy
- Proactive, fast learner, and willing to take ownership of results
- Experience managing online marketing campaigns — definitely a plus
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) — nice to have
- Interest in real estate or property investment — a real advantage
