- Manage product assortment and purchasing plans to achieve assigned sales targets. - Ensure proper merchandise display and stock availability at stores; monitor stock levels and sell-through performance. - Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports and related analyses. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and branch regulations. - Provide excellent customer service by sourcing and recommending products that meet customer needs. - Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of all merchandise under responsibility. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively. - Prepare and develop capabilities to take on a supervisory or leadership role in the future. - Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners or suppliers. - Build and maintain a base of loyal and repeat customers. - Propose new ideas, trend-driven products, sales techniques, and strategies to enhance business performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, buyer, procurement, of related products
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and fields.
Good communication, presentation as well as negotiation skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced.
Good command of English with the ability to communicate with international contacts
