Job objective
The visual merchandising senior officer is a dedicated team member who designs retail display layouts and ensure brand identity at its highest standard
Job descripion
To ensure the brands identity and highest standard of in-store presentation are achieved consistently and creatively
To create strategies for visual presentation and customer experience and implement the execution of the brand's visual direction
To conduct frequent store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented and coordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times
To provide customer service with a superior quality and responsible for all things from maximizing commercial visual impact within the store
To train and coach in-store sales staff and help to develop their understanding of merchandise presentation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or related field
- Minimum experience 1 years in fashion retails experience as a Visual Merchandiser or store designer
- Thorough knowledge of in-store presentation, good understanding of Apple concept, fixture layout and customer flow
- Must be creative, imaginative, energetic, and confident
- Well mature with good communication skills and ability to work as an individual and part of a team with a hands on approach
- Possess good drawing and designing abilities (but not limited to Ai or Photoshop) with strong microsoft office / MacOs
- Self discipline, reliable and able to work independently
