1. Strategy & Category Leadership Develop procurement strategies for RM & PM aligned with business goals. Lead category strategies, sourcing models, and demand planning to ensure supply continuity. 2. Cost & Value Management Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), covering cost, logistics, quality, and yield. Drive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives. 3. Supplier Relationship Management Build and manage strategic supplier networks. Monitor supplier performance using QCDS KPIs and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). Strengthen partnerships to enhance competitiveness. 4. Risk Management & Supply Continuity Identify and mitigate supply risks, including shortages, price fluctuations, and external disruptions. Implement ERM, BCM, and BCP practices. Define inventory and safety stock strategies for critical materials. 5. Quality & Compliance Ensure supplier compliance with BRC, IFS, HACCP, HALAL, and other applicable standards. Oversee specifications, COA, traceability, change control, and support internal/external audits. 6. ESG & Sustainable Procurement Integrate ESG, BSCI, and HRDD principles into procurement activities. Evaluate supplier sustainability performance and promote ethical, traceable sourcing. 7. Systems & Governance Establish procurement policies, SOPs, and approval processes. Utilize ERP systems and analytics to improve decision-making while maintaining supplier, pricing, and contract data integrity. 8. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Lead and develop the Procurement team. Collaborate closely with Production, QA, R&D, Finance, and Sales. Present procurement performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or higher.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement Management and Operation both of Food Ingredient and Non Food such as Packaging, Premium or any relevant.
Strong knowledge in Food Standard cover in GHPs, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC, IFS, BRC, HALAL or any relevant.
Able to Apply Procurement Process to align with Risk Management and Sustainability Development such as Evaluate supplier risks, ESG standards, and compliance audits includes BSCI and HRDD.
Experiences in Food Manufacturing and Exporting would be advantage.
Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
Good command in English for communication
Keen in global negotiation and cost-optimization strategies.
Good at ERP usage and computer skills.
Excellent in stakeholder and team management.
Leadership and teambuilding.
