-Set KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets and control educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving. -Always reporting, contracting and consultation. -Employee safety considerations, compliance with company and adherence to rules of social norms

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai Nationality
Age Between 40 - 46 Years Old.
Male/Female
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience in production engineering management level in Electronics or Automotive Business including new model
Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component or automotive manufacturing more than 3 Years
Experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Product
Experience in manufacturing cost control.
Management skills and solving problem tasks
Able to cooperate with etc. section
Good personality and strong leadership
Good Command of English
Has responsibility, can work under pressure.
Can use AutoCAD and Auto-CAM
Has skill automotive core tool
