- Set standard times and manpower requirements for each production line.
- Update line balance and cycle time based on production capacity.
- Improve parts flow efficiency across production lines.
- Control and standardize direct costs to meet production targets.
- Develop standard work procedures for new model production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in process engineering or production engineering.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production technology.
- Knowledge of cycle time.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Good planning and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
