รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage NPI builds to ensure on-time completion and achievement of yield targets, including 4M reviews and production ramp-up tracking.
2.Prepare and coordinate NRE and MVA quotations for NPI projects and mass-production support.
3.Develop NPI build strategies and coordinate DFX and DFM reviews, including issue tracking and resolution.
4.Act as the main contact between ODM/OEM customers, the Business Unit, and internal teams by providing project updates and coordinating customer quotations.
5.Develop and follow up on manufacturing process development plans for new products.
6.Plan and review production capacity for each product to ensure readiness for customer demand.
7.Coordinate the introduction and presentation of manufacturing processes and production lines to customers.
8.Manage NPI build readiness reviews, monitor build progress, and conduct post-build quality reviews.
9.Follow up on manufacturing and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA).
10.Conduct mass-production readiness reviews and coordinate the official transition from NPI to mass production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in NPI, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing project management, or a related field.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams
- Mandarin Chinese communication skills would be an advantage.
- ble to coordinate multiple projects, follow up on issues, and work effectively with customers, Business Units, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Thai nationality or proficiency in Thai communication is required.
