- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across R&D, manufacturing, and after-sales operations. - Lead quality issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. - Manage vehicle quality incidents and customer quality concerns to ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish preventive measures and improve product quality performance. - Manage and validate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for vehicle body system-related products. - Monitor quality performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve quality targets. - Build, maintain, and continuously improve quality knowledge databases and lessons-learned systems. - Support product development activities by providing quality-related recommendations and risk assessments. - Participate in quality audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement projects. - Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders. - Perform other quality-related duties assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or quality-related functions.
Understanding of quality management systems, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, or other automotive quality systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English for business communication.
Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
