-Monitor and oversee production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and stable production processes. -Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, production efficiency, and operational performance. -Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets and operational objectives. -Ensure production processes comply with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies. -Monitor and report key production performance indicators, including cost, efficiency, waste, output, and productivity. -Identify production process issues and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them. -Respond to and resolve production-related problems promptly to minimize production disruptions. -Prepare and submit production reports and performance updates to management. -Manage production lines, including manpower planning, workforce allocation, employee management, and productivity control.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred.
Experience in the automotive industry will be given special consideration.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive production environment.
Strong people management, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
