-Lead and manage the overall Quality teams for Stamping, Welding, Painting, and Trim at the Thailand base. -Recruit, develop, coach, and train local Quality leaders and team members to build a strong and capable Quality organization. -Supervise quality control processes and problem-solving activities across production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards. -Lead quality improvement and innovation initiatives to improve product quality, process stability, and overall quality performance. -Monitor quality performance, identify key issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality targets. -Prepare, review, update, and control quality-related documents to ensure process standardization and compliance. -Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. -Prepare quality performance reports and provide updates and recommendations to management. -Perform other duties as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Management within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in managing Quality teams in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Trim, or other automotive production areas.
Strong knowledge of quality tools, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven experience in team management, coaching, and employee development.
Good knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and document control.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good command of English; Chinese communication skills will be an advantage.
