รายละเอียดงาน

1.Supervise end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, material planning, inventory control, and on-time delivery. 2.Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. 3.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, QA, and related departments to ensure smooth operations. 4.Manage material availability, inventory levels, and resolve material shortage issues. 5.Analyze demand forecasts, production plans, and Supply Chain performance to improve operational efficiency. 6.Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turnover, Forecast Accuracy, Material Shortage, and Order Fulfillment. 7.Lead and develop the Supply Chain team while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. 8.Ensure accurate operation of ERP/SAP and other Supply Chain systems.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Planning, Material Control, or Order Fulfillment.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese.
