• Lead PCB layout team activities
• Perform resource planning and task allocation
• Conduct design reviews
• Manage project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams
• Establish PCB design methodology and standards
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years PCB Layout experience
- 3+ years team management experience
- Server/Networking product experience
- Proficient in Cadence Allegro
- Customer-facing experience
- Good English communication
