รายละเอียดงาน
•Plan, coordinate and control new model development and trial production schedules to ensure project readiness in line with the SOP timeline.
•Monitor and control product quality during prototype, trial production and new model development stages.
•Coordinate with R&D/Design, Production, Quality, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
•Coordinate and support trial runs, production issue troubleshooting and defect analysis, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Ensure production readiness prior to mass production, including tooling, equipment, machinery, production processes and work standards (OPI).
•Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure project timing, quality, cost and production targets are achieved.
•Identify potential issues during the development and trial stages and coordinate with related teams to implement effective countermeasures and improvements.
•Prepare and follow up on necessary project documentation and production readiness activities before the project is transferred to mass production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Automotive / Manufacturing / Production Engineering / New Model Development.
- Experience with Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949.
- Able to read engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving / root cause analysis skills.
- Good coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good conversational English for customer communication and meetings.
- Own car and valid driving license are required.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
