รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide professional and timely customer service via website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LINE), inbound and outbound calls, and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate directly with customers to gather information, confirm rental needs, and facilitate car booking inquiries.
- Communicate with car owners to confirm availability and rental terms.
- Check and verify car stock before finalizing any bookings to ensure real-time accuracy of vehicle availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams and car owners to manage fleet readiness.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly booking summaries and transaction logs.
- Generate detailed commission reports for car owners
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in car rental, transportation, or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience handling service via social media and call platforms.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work as shift
- Work location : Eazy Car Office (Sukhumvit Office - BTS Asoke)
