รายละเอียดงาน
- Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets.
- Control production schedules of the assigned production lines.
- Ensures products are in compliance of standards.
Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign production tasks and inputs to ensure that production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards are met.
-Work closely with Process Engineering Executive for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in processing lines by monitoring scheduled equipment reliability and providing all relevance support for root cause analysis on equipment breakdown.
- Overseeing and maintaining all machinery and equipment in processing lines by managing scheduled equipment reliability and providing guidance for root cause analysis on equipment breakdown.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology
- Background knowledge of GMP, HACCP. Knowledge in food processing equipment and its operation techniques, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) would be a plus
- Minimum 2 years in production function in meat or frozen food processing plant
- Computer literate (Ms-office, PowerPoint, Internet)
