Job Descriptions
Production Manager of Sorting is responsible for supervise the activities within a production section ( Quality control in Process , daily meeting, KPIs follow-up, materials, tooling, NC program availability) and ensuring all products that are produced and to give the advice to shift leader.
- Supervise and improving production processes to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency.
- Identifying problems or bottlenecks in the - Tracking staff absenteeism and time-keeping.
- Ensuring the safety working environment possible for staff.
- Planning, assigning, and directing production work.
- Appraising staff performance.
- Rewarding or disciplining employees.
- Addressing employee complaints and resolving any problems.
- Actively working to eliminate hazards that may cause injury.
- Organizing and prioritizing production needs.
- Making sure that products are to the highest grade and production standards.
- Creating an environment that is conducive to teamwork.production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Ceramic Technology, Engineer, Science or any fields related industrial.
- Age between 38 - 40 years and living in Northern of Thailand is advantage.
- Minimum 7 years experience in production management at supervisor level in Quality Control in Process
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Working experiences in Ceramics business :Tableware will be an advantage fields.
- Comfortable complying with procedures and quality standard.
- Strong in problem solving and analytical skill.
- Strong in people and production management.
- Able to work shift rotation.
