Responsibilities include design, install,perform after-sales services for multimedia and network equipment/system the company sold to customer.Technical knowledge
- Learn all product literature and relate technology perassigned
- Attend all technical training provided by the company
Pre-sales Services
- test new equipment/system solution
- Firewall,vulnerability assessment,IPS
- perfrom technical presentation to customer
- perpare required equipment to perfrom product demonstration to customer
- Design and produce document such as diagram,TOR, Specification for Sales
Implementation and Installation
- Implement plan,installation place,equipment needed to perform for customer
- Perform site survey
- prepare equipment,accessories and materials for installation
produce acceptance document, user manual,training manual
- Perform acceptance test with customer
- Provide Training to customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศ ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 28-32 ปี
- การศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี สาขา Engineering (VoIP, TelePresence หรือ IP Network) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 6 ปี ขึ้นไป 6 years experience in computer and network Additional skill in VoIP, Video Conferencing System and IP Network Server Based Operating System experience is advantage มีความรู้ด้าน IP Network, IP PBX, VIDEO CONFERENCE
- Good speaking, reading, writing in English
- Have skill on network design, configuration, network product(cisco)
- Must have certificate CCNA CCNP enterprise
