QC Engineer (A-SQA)

รายละเอียดงาน
•Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
•Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to qualify new suppliers and approve incoming materials.
•Monitor and analyze supplier performance through KPIs such as PPM (Parts Per Million), on-time delivery, and corrective action responsiveness.
•Lead investigations and coordinate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for supplier quality issues.
•Review and approve supplier documentation such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), control plans, and FMEAs.
•Manage non-conforming materials and initiate supplier quality alerts or rejection reports as needed.
•Support supplier development initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness.
•Maintain detailed records and reports related to supplier quality performance and audits.
•Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant industry-specific regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male age 26-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer or relate fields.
- Experience at least 2-3 years in supplier quality, quality assurance, or related manufacturing/engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, control plans).
- Basically knowledge with automotive part
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD, Internet and Email).
- Able to work under pressure and independence.
- Good command in English.
- Understand concept of new tooling development (Example Injection, Stamping etc.)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification is a plus
