QC Engineer

Scope of Job:
- Ensure that components are checked by production as per approved Inspection Test Plans.
- Performing spot checks and inspections on components and processes (machine parameters).
- Performing tests on incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Managing all measuring and inspection devices calibration).
- Being in charge of the overall works for the control of documents and records (right place at the right time).
Responsibilities :
- Providing instructions to the Documents Controller or Checklist or Inspectionsheet to ensure proper distribution.
- Providing Final check reports or NCR reports.
Acting as an auditor for internal audits and external audits of suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Providing non-conformances (NCR), including complaints received from clients.
- Carrying out or monitoring the implementation of remedial, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Other jobs as assignments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering /Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in QC for machine shop or sheet metal.
- Good knowledge of Mechanical, Welding, and sheet metal job.
- Measurement tools/Calibrate knowledge.
- Understanding well in jig & Fixture and Go & Nogo gage.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good Computer Skills with MS Office and Good excel spreadsheets.
- Understand and have experience with ISO9001.
- Good in English Read, writing, and speaking.
- Teamworks skills.
- Base in Asia Industrial Estate (Suvarnabhumi).
