•Develop and implement and lead production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. •Coordinate closely with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure smooth production flow. •Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards. •Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, driving initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. •Monitor and control production costs within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering, or a related field.
More 10 years of experience in production management within the HDD manufacturing industry or similar electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of ISO standardize
Kaisen Knowledge
Able to communicate English in business level.
