รายละเอียดงาน
- Install/Configuration and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux), software, and various applications.
- Monitor system performance, manage data backups, and perform system upgrades.
- Manage access rights and control permissions; protect systems against threats (Malware, Virus).
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues (Troubleshooting) when errors occur.
- Utilize remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ManageEngine) for support.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with others, including Vendors, other IT teams, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in implementing or managing Server, Network, and Infrastructure systems for at least 2–3 years.
- Age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree
