• Perform variety of secretarial duties and administrative support to management.
• Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, calendar arrangement and confirm appointment.
• Prepare and pre screen document before passing to Executive and keep records and filling.
• Arrange all domestic and overseas travelling such as flight ticket, hotel reservation and transportation, business trip.
• Coordinate with other departments and external parties.
