Job Descriptions

- Communication with customer and each internal department in the company. - Maintain and monitoring about master plan documents, tooling plan, customer request or other. - Trial Injection and Blow all process (parts check, mold check, condition test, reduce cycle time, prepare parts and etc.) - Prepare mass production process. - Find solutions to problems within the department with Manager. - Plan new project to comply with the needs of customer. - Contact customer for follow the new project. - Organize a meeting to clarify new parts with relevant concerned department. - Supervise and control subordinates to comply the rules and policies and achieve the target of department.

Qualifications

Male, Graduated with a bachelor deegree or higher in Engineering field.
At least 1 year of work experience about new model engineer in automotive parts industries.
Knowledge and skills about new model project of TOYOTA or HONDA or any customer.
Knowledge and skills about plastic parts or rubber for automotive parts industry.
Experience about plastics blowing or plastics injection would be advantage.
