Job Descriptions

Job Scope: •Aggressively drive sell-in/out of Bosch Home Appliances to retail clients and hit the monthly target. •Implement action plan and schedules to identify specific targets. •Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. •Forecast potential sales in channel of responsibility. •Identify sales prospects and contact the accounts as assigned. •Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. •Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. •Create and maintain customer data base with regular updating. •Conduct product demonstration to clients •Prepare reports, sale closings, follow-up sale accounts •Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. •Participate in events, seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. •Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products and services. •Provide training to new sales employees/promoters •Manage Promoter's performance and productivity under own account •Other duties as assigned by superior Benefit : •M-F 08.30 – 17.30 •Fleet card •Commission •Group Insurance •Health Check Up •Accident Insurances
