Job Descriptions
1.ร่างสัญญาต่างๆเช่น สัญญาเช่า,สัญญาบริการ ฯลฯ 2.งานคดีความ เสนอและขออนุมัติแนวการดำเนินคดี ทำความคิดเห็นพร้อมหาคำพิพากศาลฎีกาประกอบ,ร่างฟ้อง,ดำเนินกระบวนการพิจารณาในศาล 3.งานจดทะเบียน จัดทำคำขอ/คำร้อง/เตรียมเอกสาร/จัดทำรายงานการประชุม 4.งานให้ความเห็น วิเคราะห์ปัญหา,ศึกษาข้อกฏหมาย 5.งานโต้ตอบเอกสาร ร่างจดหมาย-หนังสือโต้ตอบ 6.งานแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ จัดทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจ,ประสานวานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 30 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะนิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับข้อกฎหมายเป็นอย่างดี
  4. บุคลิกภาพดี มีความคล่องตัว มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีทักษะในดำเนินงานภายใต้ความกดดันเป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Toeic ไม่น้อยกว่า 650 คะแนน)
  8. มีประสบการณ์ ในการตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาทุกประเภทของบริษัทมากกว่า 5 ปีพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันเสาร์ได้ (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
