Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมแผนงานแบบก่อสร้างจริง และวัสดุที่ต้องขออนุมัติ - ทำ Payment เบิกจ่ายงวดงาน และคิดงาน เพิ่ม - ลด - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้การดำเนินการก่อสร้างของหน่วยงานมีประสิทธิภาพ - จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ และรายงานประจำเดือน ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายของผู้รับเหมาย่อย ควบคุมการสั่งซื้อ - ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการ Actual Progress เทียบกับ Baseline Schedule ทุกรายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน - เก็บข้อมูลอัตราการทำงาน ในงานโครงสร้าง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานวิศวกรสำนักงาน อย่างน้อย 1 - 3 ปี ในงานรับเหมาก่อสร้าง
  4. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
  8. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้ (ผ่านทดลองงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
