Job Descriptions
•Contact Truck Agent, Sea line Agent / Carrier and Airline’s Local Agent to get the Export Booking
•Co-operation with all related parties making sure Cargo can be delivery in a timely manner
•Provide Effective Logistics Solutions to Support Sales Team / PDD / Planning / Warehouse in order to meet customer’s requirement
•Be able to Convince and Negotiate with Customer for Changing INCOTERM
•Tracking Tracing and Update Status of Export Shipment until Arrival
•Closely Monitoring Shipment, Looking for Most Optimal Solutions and Updating Sales Moving Team
•Answer Client’s Question related to move and provide additional information to Clients
•Maintain Data in Accuracy and Compliance with SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Import-Export Logistics Service Branch Business Administration Business computer, statistics or other related fields
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skill with Internal and Customer
- Good Written and Spoken English
- Has Logical & Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving Skill and Self -Oriented
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Having Experience SAP in proficiency
- Ability to work Multitask, and Manage Time in efficiency
- Hard Working and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
