  • ● Approaching new customers, Presenting the company's services and following up with potential customers to increase sales of the company.
  • ● Achieve sales target.
  • ● Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  • ● Preparing proposals for customers according to their requirements.
  • ● Preparing Tender or Bidding's documents for any new projects.
  • ● Creating and executing work plans of new projects to meet customers’ requirements.
  • ● Working with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of work in projects.
  • ● Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • ● Reviewing deliverable prepared by team before passing to client to ensure good quality of work.
  • ● Being responsible for the overall scope of recruitment functions.
  • ● Conducting all areas of the recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, checking references and making job offers.
  • ● Planning, developing and implementing HR strategies, systems, tools, processes and methodologies according to manpower policy and timelines.
  • ● Establishing recruitment requirements that align with organisational objectives.
  • ● Ensuring that all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • ● Preparing monthly recruitment activity reports to provide information on the recruitment status.
  • ● Building the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues and other partners.
  1. Bachelor degree in related field.
  2. Age 30 - 40 years old.
  3. At least 5 years of experiences in Sales Recruitment, Sales B2B, Recruitment Agency, Manpower Management or any related.
  4. Good communication skill in English including reading and writing skill.
  5. Extensive skills of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Good interpersonal skills with service mind.
  7. Results-driven, energetic and self-motivated.
  8. A successful and proven sales track record.
  9. A mature person with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  10. Be a part and work well with team.
