Job Descriptions
- Responsible for developing new processes and designing new process plants and equipment or modifying existing ones.
- Assist in the development of processing plans, methods, design, materials handling, P&ID
- Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications in formaldehyde plant ,resins plant and utility system
- Supervising plant operations with operator staff
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs of each process.
- Overseeing the construction of extension plant or new plants
- Research and purchase new manufacturing technology.
- investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
- Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Work with R&D team to develop resins performance and working production process.
Qualifications
- Age 21-26 years
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Instrument Engineering
- 1-3 years working experience in chemical industries or related field.
- Good communication skill, positive, positive thinking, service mind, decision making skills. Initiative and flexible.
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Computer literacy
- Program Autocad
