Job Descriptions
-ควบคุมดูแลระบบและอุปกรณ์ภายในสำนักงาน
-ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน
-จัดทำรายงานและบันทึกการตรวจสอบ หรือบำรุงรักษา ระบบ อุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-บันทึกการใช้สาธารณูปโภคของอาคาร และเครื่องจักรหรืองานระบบประกอบอาคาร
-งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 20 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาใดก็ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ขึ้นไป เกี่ยวกับซ่อมบำรุงอาคารสำนักงาน คอนโดมิเนียม
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ และเข้ากะได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ต่อหน้าที่ ขยัน อดทน และเป็นคนที่รักการบริการ
