Job Descriptions•Basically analyze and troubleshoot network communication related problem
•Coordinate with other team members, vendor, and user to support business operation smoothly
•Correspond and escalate the network issue via Email and ticket system within SLA
•Perform monitoring network equipment and maintain network availability
•Document network problems and resolution for future reference
•Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineer/Computer science/Information technology or related field
- Related experience in Hardware, Software, Network at least 1 year
- Basic networking knowledge in Cisco product such as access switch, access point
- Familiar with basic configuration and troubleshooting such as VLAN, IP address, Access-list, etc.
- Good attitude, smart working and being service-minded
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and deal with uncomfortable situations
- Fair command and written of English
- Able to work as shifts (8:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00)
- Have car driver license
