Job Descriptions1.Render full customer service to logistics clients (Automotive) and communicate well to ensure their requirements are met.
2.Co-ordinate with Transport staff and Transport supervisor for all stock checks and regular cycle counts.
3.Generate inbound and outbound reports and update stock cycle count results.
4. Create checking and monitor all customer invoice, attach billing evidence documents and forward the documents to the accounts department for monthly billing purposes.
5. Handle additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or other related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service and Transportation in Logistics industry.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and WMS Program.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Solving problem skill and Service-Minded.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
