Job Descriptions

1. Check the material incoming for each job on time to support the production line. 2. Plan the production plan as per the material available, production capacity, and customer's date of shipment. 3. Release job no. to WH supply material to production. 4. Follow the plan for material supply to the production line on time. 5. Follow up with the production department to complete the production plan. 6. Confirm and co-work between the marketing and production departments. 7. Request shipment booking with logistics and shipping after the production process is complete. 8. Update inventory RM, WIP, and FG status to marketing in a weekly meeting. 9. Co-work with the production department to have a daily output report to the concerned person. 10. Other jobs assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred
No gender preference; Age 25–40 preferred
Basic English communication skills and ability to read material documents in English
Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or material control
Proficient in ERP systems
Detail-oriented, strong in communication and coordination, able to work under pressure
