Job Descriptions

1. Check the material incoming for each job on time to support the production line. 2. Plan the production plan as per the material available, production capacity, and customer's date of shipment. 3. Release job no. to WH supply material to production. 4. Follow the plan for material supply to the production line on time. 5. Follow up with the production department to complete the production plan. 6. Confirm and co-work between the marketing and production departments. 7. Request shipment booking with logistics and shipping after the production process is complete. 8. Update inventory RM, WIP, and FG status to marketing in a weekly meeting. 9. Co-work with the production department to have a daily output report to the concerned person. 10. Other jobs assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
Language skill: English/Chinese speaking is preferred
Teamwork and drive team members to solve problems
Communication and coordination skills with other departments
Experience: 3-5 years of expertise in manufacturing outsourcing planning and order fulfillment.
