Job DescriptionsWorking together with the Sales team (Thai-Japanese) to improve their productivity by contacting customers/suppliers
Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Handling sales paperworks such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
Any task as assigned.
