Job Descriptions
-ให้ข้อมูลอำนวยความสะดวกและดูแลประสานงานกับลูกค้า
-คลี่คลายปัญหาด้วยการรับฟังลูกค้า พร้อมจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
-ทำหน้าที่เป็นดั่งตัวแทนของบริษัทในแนวหน้าเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้า
-ถ่ายทอดฟีดแบ็กของลูกค้ากับทีมอื่นๆ เพื่อพัฒนาประสบการณ์ลูกค้า
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หญิง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ 9.00-18.00 และ 18.00-02.00(WFH)
- ปวช ปวส หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ทักษะภาษาจีนดีมาก
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถทํางานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
