Job Descriptions
•Daily reconcile cash receiving transactions between GL and bank for online orders
•Check correctness and completeness of online orders to ERP
•Prepare output tax invoice, output tax report and WHT report
•Prepare payment transactions to be paid within timeline
•Monthly reconcile balance sheet accounts that related to online orders.
•Ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Not over 30 years’ old
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting field
- Good knowledge of WHT, Vat and Tax
- Computer literate in Microsoft office and Oracle software is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Proactive, initiative, independent and good interpersonal skills
