Position: Operation Manager (Supermarket / New Business)
Salary: 45,000 - 80,000 THB/Month
Working Hour:
- 08.30-17.30/09.00-18.00 (Considering)
- 2 day off per week (Work on weekend)
Location: BTS Phaya Thai
Job Description
- Track daily sales and report the results to the General Manager
- Manage store is always clean, safe, and well-organized
- Be the main person to handle customer complaints and solve problems in the store.-
-Communicate and coordinate daily with the shopping center's management office
- Work with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and equipment repairs.
- Carry out tasks and projects from the GM and Japanese MD
- Help with creating the work schedules (shifts) for store staff.
- Support the team in running promotions and sales events in the store.
