Key Account Manager (Ecommerce Platform)
Din Daeng, Bangkok
- Communicate with key account executives to ensure the action plan developed by the Project Manager on E-commerce latforms - Negotiate and maintain relationships with business partners - Monitoring and analyzing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports - Be able to create plan both media and promotion plans - Execute and coordinate promotions, campaigns, and NPDs based on brand requests - Analyze the ROI of the client's investments - Working closely with Key Account Executive to develop brand’s business plan to achieve monthly targets, annual targets, and profitability targets
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 2-3 years experience in E-commerce especially in FMCG, Electronic, Home Appliance
- Positive-thinking, confident, results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills, creative thinking, and have basic financial understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented
- Be able to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment
- Have intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office / Pivot / VLookup
- Good command in English and/or Chinese is a plus
