Job Descriptions
- Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to maintain plant, machines and equipments highest efficiency with satisfactory expense.
- Ensure all machines are in good working condition and stay ready-to-use
- Eliminate unplanned breakdown
- Monitor machines and system performance and improve properly
- Initiate plant and equipment(P&E) plan/investment to enhance machines and equipment performance
- Manage budget control and cost reduction for maintenance activities
- Lead new machine installation
- Conduct spare parts planning to support TPM plan
- Conduct work instruction related to maintenace activities
- Monitor, track, and analyze KPI of maintenance department
- 5S and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor' degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Mechatronic Engineer.
- Eperienced in CNC Machine, PLC,Servo motor and Robot
- Experienced in manufacturing machine maintenance at least 3-10 years
- Knowledge of Electrics, Mechanics and software.
- Problems solving skills and Strong leadership
