Job Descriptions
- Manage team to achieve KPI and smooth daily work - Collect and review KPI within the department to develop customer service - Collect and analyze Monthly/ Yearly Budget Plan - Review the management plan and organize members of the department - Summary of problem reports and solutions for resolving - Review the details and deliver successful projects within the department - Investigate, solve problems and claims for customer - Collect and monitor Monthly/ Yearly Sales - Ensure team members deliver the best services to customers with the right procedures in place as well as maintain the stable daily operation
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree or Higher in any related field
  2. Min. 2 years experience in Customer Services from ECommerce
  3. Able to manage customer service team related organization growth
  4. Good skills for decision making with fast and high efficiency
  5. High analytical, strategic thinking and good communication skills
  6. Familiar to generate the report and presentation with Management team
  7. Good command in English and Thai both spoken and written
