Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1. วางแผนและกำหนดเป้าหมายการผลิต รวมถึงต้นทุนและยอดการผลิต 2. วางแผนการใช้ทรัพยากรการผลิต (คน วัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร) 3. บริหารจัดการกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับขั้นตอนการผลิต 4. ตรวจสอบ กำกับดูแล ปรับปรุง และแก้ปัญหากระบวนการผลิต 5.วางแผนและควบคุมการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในระบบการผลิต ให้เกิดการผลิตที่ต่อเนื่อง 6. กำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ 7. ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสรุปผลการทำงานต่าง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/ หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. จบวุฒิ ป.ตรี-ขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ วิศวกรรม / ระบบการผลิต / ระบบเครื่องจักร / อุตสาหการ / โรงงาน และอื่นๆ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต 3-5 ปี (ผ่านงานโรงงานนำ้มันพืช , การกลั่นนำ้มัน , เตาเผาขยะ ผลิตไฟฟ้า หรืออุตสาหกรรมใกล้เคียง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. มีพื้นฐานความรู้เรื่อง ระบบการผลิต ระบบเครื่องจักร ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร และการมอบหมายงาน ระบบ OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QA, QCC (Quality Control Cycle) และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง เช่นMS office, Excel ,AutoCAD เป็นต้น
  5. สามารถเข้าทำงานเป็นกะได้
  6. มีความซื่อสัตย์ และรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่การงาน
